Both options feature a solid-tip rod design, stainless steel guides, and an EVA handle. The reel includes an aluminum spool, soft-touch EVA knobs, anti-reverse, and a 5.2:1 gear ratio.

Setting Up on the Ice

Choose the rod length and power for your intended presentation, and check the selected rod's markings for its line and lure ratings before rigging. Load the reel evenly, thread the line through every guide, and set the drag to suit your line.

Use controlled rod movements to work your presentation beneath the hole. Check the guides for ice buildup and inspect line that has rubbed against the hole's edge. Let the rod and reel dry before storing them after your trip.
