Livingston Lures Jerkmaster 121 Deep Plus | EBS Deep Jerkbait for Bass

The Livingston Lures Jerkmaster 121 Deep Plus is a slow-sinking jerkbait built for precision, distance, and deadly performance on long pauses. Equipped with EBS™ (Electronic Baitfish Sound) Technology and an advanced internal weight transfer system for exceptionally long casts, the 121 DP reaches depths of 12–15 feet — putting it in front of suspended fish and deeper structure that standard jerkbaits can’t touch. Available in 9 colors, all paired with Shad Sound.

How to Fish the Jerkmaster 121 DP

Pro tips from Randy Howell:

• Make long casts and let the bait reach maximum depth before starting your cadence — most anglers start working it too early
• Use a jerk—pause—jerk retrieve with varied pause lengths; many strikes happen when the lure is sitting still
• Target deeper transition areas, bluff walls, and suspended fish
• Use lighter line to help the bait reach full diving depth and maintain natural action
• In cold water or pressured conditions, extend pauses to 5–10 seconds to give bass time to commit
