How to Fish It
Deploy in the short rigger or flat line position for the most surface action. At inshore speeds (4–6 knots) for Spanish mackerel, the micro birds create a tight flickering bait ball that triggers aggressive strikes. Offshore, run it as a teaser ahead of a lure or as part of a mixed spread to add visual variety. Rainbow and Purple are standout colors in blue water; Blue and Green match smaller baitfish in green or inshore water.
