The toad body is built to be rigged weedless on an EWG hook and retrieved steadily across the surface, with the paddling legs creating consistent water disturbance that draws bass up from beneath the cover for explosive topwater strikes. Versatile enough to fish across almost any shallow structure where bass are holding, from open grass beds to thick matted vegetation. Available in 6 colors.

• Walk the Surface — for open water and edges, a slight rod tip twitch on the retrieve adds side-to-side walk-the-dog action in addition to the paddling leg disturbance
• Mat Punching — the toad can be rigged with a heavier EWG and used to penetrate sparse matted vegetation; the soft body compresses for better hooksets through the mat
