Strike King Coffee Tube Scented Soft Bait

The Strike King Coffee Tube combines a hollow tube profile with coffee scent for bottom-oriented bass presentations. Choose the compact 2.75-inch size or the larger 3.5-inch option to match the profile you want to fish around rock, ledges, and other structure.

The 3.5-inch Coffee Tube features real coffee bean granules and coffee bean oil, along with salt impregnation. Its hollow-head design accommodates an internal tube jighead for dragging and hopping presentations aimed at smallmouth and largemouth bass.

How to Fish It

Choose an internal tube jighead sized for the tube you select. Insert it carefully into the hollow body and bring the line tie through without unnecessarily tearing the bait. Keep the hook point clear and check that the tube sits straight before casting.

Let the rig reach bottom, then start with short drags and pauses. Over rock, use small lifts to move across changes in bottom rather than pulling continuously into gaps. Choose enough weight to maintain useful contact in the depth and current without overpowering the presentation.

Try a short hop followed by a controlled fall when a steady drag is not drawing attention. Watch the line as the bait falls and recover slack before a controlled hookset. Include the bait and jighead in the complete rigged weight when matching your rod's lure rating.

Storage and Care

Inspect the body around the line tie and hook for tears after fish or snags. Re-rig or replace a tube that no longer holds securely. Keep unused baits in their original packaging, away from excessive heat and separately from other soft-bait materials unless compatibility is confirmed.
