How to Fish The Thing
Fish it heavy and slow in the thickest cover you can find. Recommended setup: 7’3”–7’6” heavy rod, 50–65 lb braid, 1/2–1oz tungsten. You’re targeting big fish in heavy cover — gear up accordingly.
