Yo-Zuri 3DB 110 Suspending Jerkbait

The Yo-Zuri 3DB 110 Suspending Jerkbait is a 110mm flat-sided suspending jerkbait built on Yo-Zuri's Wave Motion Technology and Weight Transfer System. The flat-sided "3DB" body produces a distinct shimmer and flash on each jerk that differs from round-bodied lures. On the pause, the lure assumes a "Head Down" posture — nose angled slightly downward — which mimics a wounded, dying baitfish and is a key trigger for bass and other predatory fish. Available in five colors: Bold Table Rock Shad, Natural Smelt, Ghost Sexy Shad, Pearl Shad, and Clear Ayu.

How to Fish It

• Jerk-pause with Head Down posture — Work with sharp downward rod sweeps followed by a pause. The lure’s natural Head Down orientation during the pause imitates a dying baitfish. Vary pause length to find what the fish want — colder water typically requires longer pauses.
• Stop and go — A steadier retrieve with intermittent pauses. Effective when fish are less aggressive or in colder, post-frontal conditions where a subtle presentation works better.
• Target species — Primarily effective for largemouth and smallmouth bass, but also works on walleye and other predatory species where a realistic minnow profile at shallower depths is effective.
