How to Fish It

For trolling, begin within the recommended 3–5-knot range and check the lure beside the boat to confirm it tracks correctly before letting out line. Adjust your presentation to the depth and structure you are covering, allowing clearance above the bottom and snags.

When casting, start with a slow, steady retrieve, then try brief pauses between stretches of swimming action. Match your rod's lure rating to the selected size, and check the leader and hardware after fish or contact with structure. Rinse and dry the lure after saltwater use.
