How to Fish It
Sweep and pause — Cast past the target zone, then use long sweeps of the rod tip to dive the lure 6–12 inches, pausing between sweeps to let it float back to the surface. This dying baitfish action is the core retrieve for this lure.
Offshore casting — Cast to feeding tuna, dorado, or Pacific yellowtail busting on the surface. The magnetic weight system delivers the distance and accuracy needed for spooky offshore fish.
Inshore trophy fishing — Work shorelines, rips, and structure for trophy striped bass and trevally using the same sweep-and-pause retrieve at a slower tempo.
