Z-Man Kicker CrabZ 3.5-Inch Crab Bait
The Z-Man Kicker CrabZ offers a sideways-swimming crab presentation for shallow flats and inshore structure. Its kicker claw moves during retrieves and on the fall, giving the bait action as you swim it or let it settle.
Buoyant ElaZtech helps the claw lift into a defensive posture when the bait rests. A keeled belly supports a stable retrieve, while a dorsal hook pocket accommodates a compatible weedless rig. Each pack contains three 3.5-inch bodies for targeting redfish and other crab-eating predators. Hooks and jigheads are sold separately.

How to Fish It
Rig the body on a compatible hook or jighead, following its intended sideways-swimming orientation. Keep the kicker claw clear of the hook and keeper, and check that the body isn't twisted. Make a short test retrieve to confirm it swims without rolling.
Start with a slow, steady swim across a shallow flat or along an open structure edge. Add pauses so the claw can move as the bait falls, then let it rest briefly before resuming. Near the bottom, use short lifts and controlled drops rather than continuously pulling it away from the target.
For a weedless presentation, use the dorsal pocket with an appropriately sized compatible hook and check that the point has room to clear on a strike. This reduces exposed hook points but does not eliminate snags. Choose rig weight for the depth and current, keeping the complete setup within your rod's casting rating.
ElaZtech Care and Storage
Keep the baits in their original packaging, separate from conventional soft plastics and other incompatible materials. Avoid prolonged heat and direct sunlight during storage. After saltwater use, rinse rigging hardware with fresh water and let used baits dry before putting them away.
