Z-Man Micro Finesse ShroomZ Jigheads 1/15 oz Black 5-Pack

Small-Bait Presentations with a 1/15 oz Head

Z-Man Micro Finesse ShroomZ jigheads in Black give you a 1/15 oz option for rigging small, compatible soft baits. Each pack contains five heads for preparing multiple rigs or keeping replacements close at hand.

Match the head to the bait rather than crowding a small body with too much hook. Start with short casts where you can track the rig, then adjust your retrieve and casting distance to the conditions.

How to Fish It

Choose a small soft bait that fits the hook while leaving the point and gap clear. Thread it straight and seat it snugly against the head. Check the rig beside you before casting and correct any twisting or bunching.

Allow the bait to reach your intended depth, then try a slow swim, small hops, or brief pauses between lifts. Keep rod movements modest so you can follow the light rig without constantly pulling it away from the target.

Watch the line during the fall and pauses. Reel down and make a controlled hookset when a fish takes. If wind or current makes the presentation difficult to track, shorten your cast or choose a heavier head. Inspect the point and knot after contact with cover.

Care

Dry used jigheads before returning them to your tackle box. Rinse with fresh water after saltwater exposure and dry thoroughly. Secure exposed points during transport and replace heads with bent, damaged, or corroded hooks.
