Z-Man NedlockZ HD Jigheads 1/6 oz Green Pumpkin 5-Pack

Green Pumpkin Jigheads for Ned-Rig Presentations

Z-Man NedlockZ HD jigheads in Green Pumpkin provide a 1/6 oz option for your soft-bait setup. Each pack contains five heads, letting you prepare several rigs before a trip or keep replacements ready for reties.

Match the head to your bait and fishing conditions. Use enough weight to follow the presentation at your intended depth, then let pauses do some of the work instead of moving the rig constantly.

How to Fish It

Choose a soft bait that fits the hook while leaving the point and gap clear. Thread the body straight, seat its nose against the head, and check the rig beside you before casting. Correct any twisting or bunching so the bait tracks without rolling.

Allow the rig to reach your target depth, then try short hops followed by pauses. On a clean bottom, alternate a slow drag with a rest. If the bait gathers debris, swim it just above the bottom rather than continuing to drag.

Watch the line during the fall for a twitch or unexpected slack. Reel down before making a controlled hookset. Adjust head weight or casting distance if wind and current prevent you from tracking the rig, and inspect the knot and hook point after contact with cover.

Care

Let used jigheads dry before returning them to closed tackle storage. After saltwater exposure, rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly. Secure exposed points during transport and replace heads with bent, damaged, or corroded hooks.
