Z-Man Pro ShroomZ Ned Rig Jigheads 4-Pack

Z-Man Pro ShroomZ pair a mushroom-shaped head with a heavy-duty 2/0 hook for Ned rig presentations on stronger tackle. A welded wire bait keeper helps secure your soft plastic, including compatible Z-Man TRD finesse baits.

Choose from four head weights to suit the depth and conditions, with Green Pumpkin and Black color options. Each pack contains four jigheads. This is the standard exposed-hook Pro ShroomZ, distinct from the Weedless version.

How to Fish It

Hold the plastic beside the 2/0 hook to locate its natural exit point. Thread the bait straight onto the shank and carefully seat the nose at the welded keeper. Leave the hook gap clear and avoid bunching the body behind the head.

Start with a cast to open bottom or a clear cover edge. Let the rig settle on a controlled line, then use short drags and pauses. Gentle lifts help ease it across uneven bottom; a slow swim offers another way to present the bait above it.

Choose enough head weight to keep track of the rig in the depth, wind, and current you are fishing. Adjust your cast angle and retrieve before adding more weight. Match your rod and line to the heavy-duty hook and the complete presentation's weight, including the plastic.

Watch for a twitch, sideways line movement, or unexpected slack on the fall. Reel into pressure when you detect a bite, then set the hook with controlled force. Favor open lanes around cover because the exposed hook is not weedless. Recheck the bait's alignment after fish or contact with obstacles.

Care and Storage

Rinse after use and let the jigheads dry before storage. Inspect hook points and welded keepers for damage, replacing damaged heads. Secure hooks in your tackle box and keep weights organized. Store any rigged ElaZtech baits separately from conventional soft plastics and other incompatible materials.
