Z-Man Razor ShadZ 4.5" Green Pumpkin 4-Pack

Razor ShadZ in Green Pumpkin

Z-Man Razor ShadZ in Green Pumpkin gives you a 4.5-inch soft bait for a compatible jighead or trailer presentation. Four baits per pack let you prepare several rigs before heading out or carry replacements for a worn bait.

Begin with a straight rig and a steady retrieve at your chosen depth. Add pauses and small changes in speed once you have a feel for how the finished combination runs.

How to Fish It

Choose a compatible jighead or trailer hook that fits the body without filling the hook gap. Align the bait alongside the hook to plan the exit point, then thread it straight and seat the nose securely. Leave the hook point clear and correct any twisting or bunching.

On a jighead, let the rig reach your target depth, then start a slow swim. Mix in a gentle lift or a brief pause, watching the line as the bait falls for unexpected movement or slack. Adjust head weight and retrieve speed to keep the rig in the water you want to cover.

As a trailer, test the assembled lure beside you to check that the bait clears moving parts and the combination runs without rolling. Reel down before a controlled hookset when a fish takes. Recheck the knot and bait alignment after each fish or contact with cover.

Care and Storage

Keep unused baits in their original packaging and away from excessive heat. Check the package's storage instructions before mixing with other soft baits. Collect worn pieces and dispose of them responsibly rather than leaving them in the water.
