How to Fish It

Rig on a 1/32 to 1/16 oz. jig head on ultralight spinning gear with 4–6 lb fluorocarbon or monofilament. Slow-swim near docks, brush piles, open water, and current seams. Outstanding for trout, crappie, bass, and perch in cold, clear water where a natural, subtle smelt imitation is the key to more bites.
